Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

Returning a Purchase

Mail your purchase back with the original invoice included with your shipment or obtain a return merchandise authorization number by calling (602) 866-2776. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or an exchange made. If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
 

Refusing Delivery of Damaged Items

If you receive your package open or damaged, refuse delivery of the merchandise then contact our Customer Service Department right away at (602) 866-2776 to report the problem. We guarantee to get your purchases to you in good condition.

Post Delivery Damage Discovery

If you realize you received a damaged or defective product after accepting delivery, contact us immediately at (602) 866-2776 or billgaston@arrowsecurityinc.com and type the word damage in the subject line for instructions on returning the damaged/defective item. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund immediately after receiving the damaged or defective product.
